HOW DOES THE BUY ‘X’, GET ‘Y’ FREE OFFER APPLY?

The free product offer is applied to the lowest-priced item on the checkout page.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your jewellery. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@illukablue.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Please allow up to 3 business days to make your jewellery.  We send via Australia Post.

CAN I CHANGE MY MIND REGARDING SIZE OR CUSTOM TEXT?

Yes – if we haven’t started making your jewellery yet.  Please reach out to us at  sales@illukablue.com.au.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

We want you to shop with confidence.  All Illuka Blue jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If your piece tarnishes or shows defects during this period, we’ll happily repair or replace it free of charge. Please note: breakages of beads, accidental damage, misuse, tarnishing caused by contact with cleaning chemicals, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

To make a claim, simply contact us with your order details and photos of the item, and we’ll take care of the rest.
